Litter and Pollution Control Contest

The Litter and Pollution Control Chairman, promotes the objectives of National Garden Club, Inc., to educate the public not to scatter trash on roadsides, parks, recreational areas and city streets; to stimulate the public to clean up existing litter, and by education, pressure of public opinion, law enforcement, and by example, to prevent future litter and pollution (anything marring the beauty of the landscape whether it be in the air or on the ground). Litter and Pollution is a challenge to be attacked by involving the total community.
